Create reusable data pipeline patterns for new practice onboarding and recurring data refreshes.
Implement error handling, retry logic, logging, alerting, and reconciliation checkpoints across integration workflows.
System Integration Ownership
Lead end-to-end integration design for source-system connectivity, mapping, validation, and downstream consumption.
Work with REST APIs, flat-file transfers, database extracts, scheduled jobs, automation outputs, and vendor data feeds.
Translate business requirements into data contracts, mapping documents, technical specifications, and implementation plans.
Partner with application and automation teams to ensure data from integrations is usable by internal tools and workflows.
Data Quality, Validation & Reconciliation
Perform root cause analysis for missing records, duplicate records, incorrect counts, refresh timing issues, source-to-target mismatches, and dashboard discrepancies.
Create validation queries and exception reports to compare source-system data against Snowflake/SQL/reporting layers.
Define key matching logic using identifiers such as account number, encounter ID, claim ID, CPT, posting date, service date, provider, payer, and practice identifiers.
Document known limitations, assumptions, dependencies, and remediation steps for recurring data issues.
Analytics, Dashboard & AI Data Enablement
Prepare reliable data models and datasets for Tableau, internal Insights platforms, operational dashboards, and AI/ML use cases.
Support reporting datasets for AR, KPI, denial, eligibility, charge/payment/adjustment, and practice-level operational reporting.
Collaborate with visualization teams to align dashboard definitions, refresh timing, filters, drill-down tables, and reconciliation logic.
Support curated datasets for AI-assisted workflows while following data governance, privacy, and compliance requirements.
Production Monitoring & Incident Response
Monitor integration health, scheduled jobs, data loads, storage consumption, performance bottlenecks, and job failures.
Respond to production incidents with clear triage, impact analysis, stakeholder updates, corrective action, and permanent fix recommendations.
Implement proactive notifications for completed, failed, delayed, or partially loaded pipeline runs.
Maintain operational runbooks and handover documentation for critical systems and recurring production activities.
Practice Onboarding & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Participate in knowledge transfer sessions for new practices and source-system integrations.
Assess feasibility, identify data availability gaps, and define technical prerequisites before implementation begins.
Coordinate with operations, product owners, developers, automation engineers, dashboard developers, vendors, and business stakeholders.
Provide clear, timely updates on integration status, risks, blockers, and data quality issues.
