Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist with a strong background in Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, and Grievance Handling. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of HR Generalist experience and be passionate about creating a positive workplace culture, resolving employee concerns, and driving engagement initiatives. The role requires working in the night shift to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and execute employee engagement activities, events, and wellness initiatives.
  • Develop and implement programs to improve employee morale, motivation, and retention.
  • Act as the point of contact for employee grievances and ensure timely resolution while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Build and maintain healthy employee relations by addressing workplace concerns proactively.
  • Conduct employee connect sessions, skip-level meetings, and feedback discussions.
  • Support managers in handling employee concerns, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters.
  • Facilitate employee recognition and reward programs.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends to recommend retention strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
  • Support employee communication, and organizational initiatives.
  • Maintain HR documentation and prepare periodic HR reports and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve employee experience.
  • Handle other HR Generalist responsibilities as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
  • Hands-on experience in Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, and Grievance Management.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
  • Willingness to work in the night shift (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST).
