- Candidate must be familiar with facility enrollment with Medicaid, including submitting and tracking facility applications.
- Experience with Medicaid provider/facility enrollment, revalidation, and demographic updates is preferred.
- Must understand facility-specific enrollment requirements, including licenses, NPI, TIN, W-9, ownership information, and supporting documentation.
- Experience working with Medicaid portals and state-specific enrollment processes.
- Ability to track applications, follow up with Medicaid agencies, resolve enrollment issues, and maintain accurate enrollment records.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple facility enrollment applications simultaneously.
- Experience with commercial payor facility enrollment is a plus.
